Terms

The short version of how working with myReturners works. Last updated 27 August 2026.

Shops that sign up receive the full Service Agreement and Data Processing Agreement with their order form. This page is the honest summary of what those say.

No lock-in

The service is month to month. Cancel anytime with one written notice from the owner email on file; automatic charges stop, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. No cancellation fee, no phone call required. We do not prorate or refund partial months, and annual plans are prepaid and nonrefundable; we say so before you are charged. The 90-day guarantee is a service remedy rather than a refund: if we miss the contact number written into your agreement, we continue the service at no charge until that number is met, on either plan. The remedy assumes the shop keeps the table tents displayed and its team asking customers to join, which is the part of capture only the shop can do.

Billing

The card on file is charged automatically each month, in advance, through Stripe, until you cancel. Price changes come with 30 days written notice and never apply to a period you have already paid for.

The list is the shop's

Every customer captured through the service belongs to the shop as a business asset. It is exportable on request at any time, it is returned in full whenever the service ends, for any reason, including nonpayment, and it is never sold, shared, or mailed for anyone else. If the shop is sold, the list transfers with the shop to its new owner.

We run the sending

Email through the service is written, scheduled, and paced by us; that discipline is the product. Marketing campaigns send only after the owner approves them. The shop stays free to use its own list outside the service, and owns the results of doing so.

What we don't promise

The service is provided as is. We promise a real, consented, growing email list and honest reporting on it. We do not promise revenue or a sales number.
