How myReturners handles information. Last updated 27 August 2026.
myReturners helps independent coffee shops keep their customers coming back. Plain English on purpose. If you are a customer of a shop that uses myReturners, the privacy page that applies to you is linked from that shop's own signup page; this page covers myReturners as a company.
A shop's customer list. When a customer signs up at a shop, that data (email, first name, phone, drink preference, birthday month and day, never the year) belongs to the shop. We hold and process it only to run the service for that shop, under a data processing agreement. We never sell it, share it across shops, or use it for our own marketing. The list is an asset of the shop as a business: if a shop is sold, its list transfers with the shop to the new owner, under the same rules.
Data about you (an owner, a prospect, or a visitor). We collect what you give us: your name, business name, email, and phone when you inquire or sign up, and billing details when you become a client. We use it to run your account, invoice you, and talk to you. We do not sell it.
We name our providers instead of calling them trusted partners:
We use AI tools to help draft email content and marketing copy. Every campaign a shop sends is approved by that shop's owner before it goes out.
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it: admin@myreturners.com, from the email on your account. Deletion removes live records immediately; backups age out within 30 days. Unsubscribe records are the one thing we keep permanently, so a person who opted out can never be emailed again.
